The 2024 AFL premiership goes on the line when Sydney and Brisbane face off at the MCG on Saturday.

Just as the players have trained all year to qualify for the big one, so have the officials.

"Nick, Matt, Simon and Craig have performed outstandingly this season and their appointment to the 2024 AFL Grand Final is a testament to their hard work," AFL's football chief Laura Kane said.

"I also want to congratulate each Boundary and Goal Umpire selected and thank every Umpire who has officiated in the AFL this season.
