Hellas Verona will be without star midfielder Ondrej Duda for a couple of weeks after he returned from international duty carrying an injury.
The Slovakia star was making his 81 appearance for his country during a 2-1 defeat to Sweden in the Nations League.
He was forced off just shy of the hour mark and returned to base for tests.
A statement from Verona confirms that Duda has been diagnosed with a Grade I tear to the femoral bicep in the right leg.
"The amount of time it will take for a full recovery will be evaluated as the situation evolves."
Duda is certainly out of this weekend's Serie A showdown with title holders Inter, but he is also now expected to miss the next clash against relegation battlers Cagliari.
The midfielder made nine Serie A appearances for Verona so far this season, contributing two assists for his teammates.
