THE Cavinder twins have launched their latest scheme to get pulses racing.

And they are using their audience to promote their fitness service.

Fans can expect a full-body strength program, a glute strength program and an ab strength program.

Workout plans for in the gym, at home and on the road are included.

The twins are also sharing a menu featuring their favorite high protein recipes.
