One such Unique Item, Rakanoth's Wake, is featured in many of the Spiritborn's best late game builds. However, players likely won't see this item randomly in the Overworld, since Unique Items are designed to be target farmed.
Instead, to get their hands on Rakanoth's Wake, players will need to head into a specific endgame activity while meeting the level requirements and difficulty requirements for it to drop. In addition, the use of items such as Seething Opals of Equipment to raise the chances of getting Rakanoth's Wake may be warranted.

How To Get The Rakanoth's Wake Unique Boots
Rakanoth's Wake is a set of unique boots available to Spiritborn, meaning players will have a chance of this item dropping when they playing any Spiritborn level 40+. However, Unique items are much more likely to spawn if the following conditions are met:
Currently, difficulty is set to Torment 1 or higher. The character being played is max level (60). A Seething Opal of Equipment is active.
Further, most Unique items can be target farmed from one of the Lair Bosses or activities in the endgame. For Rakanoth's Wake, the best farming activity is running Infernal Hordes.
