Machine Gun Kelly cut a sleek figure while arriving at the 2024 People's Choice Country Awards at Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville on Thursday night.
Attending what is sure to be an eventful show, the musician wore a pair of black pointed-toe oxfords that were made with sleek, glossy patent leather material. Featuring a minimalistic design in the upper, the shoes were partially covered by his pants and were characterized by a triangular sharp toe-box. The back of his shoes couldn't be seen completely, but based on previous preferences, it's likely this pair featured a slight block heel measuring a little over one inch in height.
Completing his ensemble was a black leather vest that sat overtop a white short-sleeve dress shirt and matching black tie that showed off his arms. The rapper completed his look with a tailored pair of black slacks.

The model first began gaining popularity at Oxford university circa the early 1800s as a rebellion against knee-high and ankle-high boots, and are typically made with leather material. Praised for their comfort, versatility and ability to last for decades, the modern version of the shoe looks much different than its original counterpart established in the 1800s, as the present model offers a more refined look. A$AP Rocky is another rapper who makes oxfords a part of his wardrobe. This past May, was spotted in a pair while celebrating the 'Tiffany Titan by Pharrell Williams' in New York City. Wearing a black three-piece suit and sunglasses, the shoes were expertly crafted with patent leather material, and featured a slight window paneling design. No additional laces or adornments were present on the shoe, which was finished with a small block heel measuring less than an inch.
The 2024 People's Choice Country Awards is a new award show celebrating the best artist in country music. Hosted by Shania Twain, the show is broadcasted live on NBC, with Miranda Lambert, Kelsea Ballerini, Alana Springsteen and more making appearances.
