Dan Dickerson radio call after Tigers' Game 2 playoff win will give you chills

Parker Meadows helped the Tigers get out to a 1-0 lead with a solo home run in the sixth inning, but that didn't last very long as rookie sensation Jackson Jobe had a shaky playoff debut, giving up two runs and the lead along the way.

But these are the "Gritty Tigs" we're talking about and you knew they weren't going to go away easy. The Tigers quickly answered with a four-run eighth inning, ignited by a clutch, base-clearing triple by pinch hitter Andy Ibáñez.

The odds-defying victory helped the Tigers lock up their first series victory since 2013 and sends them to the ALDS to face the Cleveland Guardians.

With a season-defining win like this, fans often look to the longtime voice of the Tigers, Dan Dickerson. The Tigers' radio announcer was fired up after Will Vest closed out the Astros in the ninth inning, ending their seven-year streak of making at least the ALCS.
