Caleb Williams and the Chicago Bears improved to 2-2 this Sunday, defeating the Los Angeles Rams at home.

Williams, the No. 1 pick from this year's draft, was coming off a performance where he had 363 passing yards and two interceptions. He didn't stuff the stat sheet this weekend, but he did throw for 157 yards and a touchdown. The main takeaway was that he avoided a costly turnover.

"Obviously when you don't have two turnovers, that's the most important thing," Williams told reporters. "When you have a defense like us, you have a punter and a kicker like we have, you're not turning the ball over, it goes a long way. You're going to win a lot of games."

As Williams was leaving Soldier Field on Sunday afternoon, he started jumping for joy in front of the fans. The social media team for the Bears shared his reaction with the rest of the world.

Unfortunately for Williams, what should've been viewed as a wholesome moment has turned into a joke on the internet. Countless people slammed him for having a "lame" celebration.

Williams has not addressed the backlash on social media. He's probably too busy enjoying his victory.

The Bears will remain at home for the next two games before traveling to the nation's capital to face the Washington Commanders.
