THE Irvine and Three Towns ASN parents and kids group enjoyed a fantastic start to the festive season, with a Bounce Your Way to Santa event last weekend.
The event at the Ardeer Community Centre saw youngsters enjoy six bouncy castles and a visit from Santa, who was holding court in a blow-up grotto.

And the big build-up to Christmas isn't over yet. This Sunday, the group will enjoy a showing of the movie Polar Express, with freshly popped popcorn from Bounce House.

"For stalls, we had support from Ardeer Golf Club, the National Autistic Society, Chelsea's Custom Creations, Val's Spanish Products and Sweet Treats.

"Ceebees Teepees provided us with a sensory tent. Lisa Cowan provided face paints and glitter tattoos."

She added: "We've had a rough year fighting with NHS and services for our own children with additional support needs, but we're so glad to see the year out with a great event."
