Information posted on the NECO website urged candidates to review the revised timetable, which is now available, and cross-check any changes for the affected date against the original schedule.
As the Ondo State governorship election comes up, the National Examinations Council (NECO) has announced adjustment of the papers earlier scheduled to hold on Saturday, November 16, 2024, same day as the election.
Information posted on the NECO website urged candidates to review the revised timetable, which is now available, and cross-check any changes for the affected date against the original schedule.
"Please note that the 2024 SSCE External Timetable has been adjusted due to the Ondo Governorship Election on Saturday, 16th November, 2024," the information read.
"The adjusted timetable is now available and should be reviewed alongside the original timetable. Be sure to check the changes for Saturday, 16th November," it read.
"Important registration deadlines however remain as follows: standard registration closes on 6th November 2024, with late registration commencing on 7th November. Walk-in registration will be available from 13th November, both of which will attract additional fees."
"Examination candidates are advised to act promptly and stay informed to avoid any last-minute inconveniences."
