A Christmas Eve morning accident involving two vehicles sent two people to St. Cloud Hospital.
The accident took place at roughly 6 a.m. Tuesday morning on Minnesota Highway 23 near mile post 199 in St. Joseph Township, the Minnesota State Patrol reports.
A Toyota Tacoma and a GMC Acadia were headed northbound when the two vehicles hit each other, according to an incident report. Road conditions had snow and ice on its surface.

The Toyota Tacoma's passengers sustained no injuries. The three occupants were all in their 20s and from the Twin Cities area.
Meanwhile, both occupants in the GMC Acadia were sent to St. Could Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. The 48-year-old man and 33-year-old woman are from Hawick, which is southwest of St. Cloud in Kandiyohi County.
Alcohol was not a factor in the accident, and everyone was wearing a seat belt, the incident report states.
