Longmont police notes: Police investigate possible neglect of at-risk person

* 10:36 a.m. Officers were dispatched to a phone call of an unlawful sexual contact with one minor female.

* 9:13 p.m. Officers were notified of a trespassing and a theft from a woman in the 300 block of Quail Road.

* 3:54 a.m. Police contacted a man in the area of Atwood Street and 17th Avenue who had arrest warrants. The man was arrested and found with narcotics. The man was issued a summons for the narcotics.

* 10:49 a.m. An employee of a Boulder business reported theft in the 2300 block of Lake Park Way. The case remains open.

* 1:53 p.m. Police began an investigation into a possible neglect of an at-risk person. The case is open.

* 2:18 p.m. Officers took a report of theft from the 400 block of Elliott Street.

* 4:33 p.m. Officers investigated a cold road rage felony menacing. No charges will be pressed.
