"Aaron and Kyle Baker were expecting their third child, but they didn't expect it to happen like this!" the brewery wrote in a sweet post about their story
A Michigan couple are settling in with their newborn, whose arrival took place in a very unexpected location.
On Aug. 13 -- the baby's exact due date -- Kyle Baker began experiencing some unusual pains, and quickly gave her husband Aaron a call, but as the Vicksburg dad told local Fox affiliate WXMI, they weren't particularly concerned and took their time heading to the hospital, which was about 25 minutes away.
"She was not pushing me, like, 'Hey, we got to go. Now, we got to go," he told the outlet.

However, as his wife's pain grew, the couple realized they might not make it to the hospital time and called 911, according to the outlet. Dispatchers told him that they needed a place to meet him, so he pulled into the parking lot of One Well Brewing, a brewery the Bakers' had visited many times before.
As soon as they pulled into the parking lot, Kyle told the outlet she "felt the head crowning, and I'm like, 'It's happening now.' "
And by the time ambulances had arrived, she had already given birth to their third child.

"Aaron and Kyle Baker were expecting their third child, but they didn't expect it to happen like this!" the brewery's Facebook page wrote in its own account of the incident, noting that the baby arrived at 6:31 pm, "right in the northwest corner of One Well's parking lot!"
"[The Bakers] chose to keep Baby's gender a mystery until birth, and it was then they saw they had a healthy baby boy - their first boy after two girls," the brewery wrote.

Although the couple had already decided what the baby's first name would be if they had a boy, they did decide to honor his unique place of birth by giving him an extra special middle name.

"Their boy name was already selected as Forrest, which just so happens to be the name we give to the middle space of our pub - well, 'The Forest' to be exact, so maybe this unique birthplace was meant to be," the brewery added. "Aaron and Kyle decided to honor the moment with a middle name of 'Wells,' and thus is the story of Forrest Wells Baker's arrival into this world!"
