Medalist Diversified REIT (NASDAQ:MDRR) on Wednesday announced of its intent to redeem 140,000 shares of its 8.0% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock on November 25. The shares will be redeemed at a cash redemption price of $25.00 per share, plus any accrued and unpaid dividends up to, but not including, the optional redemption date in an amount equal to about $0.194 per share, for a total payment of $25.194 per share.
