NILES -- Mark A. Hillman, 58, passed away Friday, Sept. 13, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born Sept. 26, 1965, in Warren, the son of Charles F. and Emerald Hastie Hillman.
Mark was a graduate of McDonald High School, class of 1983. He was a public transit driver for Volusia in Florida.
Mark enjoyed going to casinos, fishing, bingo, going on cruises, spending time at the beach and ocean, was a pet lover and especially enjoyed his Camaro cars.
Mark is survived by his best friend and partner of 32 years, Dale A. Rudy Hillman, whom he married on Oct. 17, 2014; his two brothers, Charles F. (Lori) Hillman Jr. of Boardman and his twin brother, Michael S. Hillman of Andover; his adopted son, David Viehweger; three nephews, Charlie (Amanda) Hillman, Christopher Hillman (fiancee, Adrieonna) and Tyler Anderson (fiance, Briannna); two nieces, Brittany Gear and Lexi Anderson (fiance, CJ); two great-nieces, Emerald and Annabeth; two great-nephews, Lennon and Oliver; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2024, at the Holloway-Williams Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 611 Robbins Ave., Niles, OH 44446, 330-652-2422, where family and friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
