AirCare was called to an ATV crash involving a teenager in Boone County on Thursday afternoon.

The crash happened around 1:30 p.m. along Beaver Road in Union.

Deputies said the teenager was riding a four-wheeler on private property when the crash occurred.

AirCare responded to the scene, because the teenager suffered a head injury. Police said the teenager was conscious and is expected to recover.
