Morgan Wallen dominated country charts and stadiums alike in 2024, earning his first-ever Entertainer of the Year award at the 58th annual CMA Awards. However, the "I Had Some Help" hitmaker didn't attend the ceremony to accept his trophy in person. His absence, coupled with his sparse social media presence over the last several months, have many fans wondering, "Where in the world is Morgan Wallen?" Fortunately, the "Cowgirls" singer recently gave his fans some reassurance with a video message.
Over the weekend, Morgan Wallen shared a video message personally thanking fans who purchased tickets to his One Night at a Time Tour. One fan posted the message to TikTok, much to the delight of diehard fans.
The country star assured those watching the video that he is hard at work on his next project. "I'm taking a little bit of time for myself, but I'm working also," Wallen said.
He added, ""I can't wait to get back out there and see y'all at some point next year."
In the comments, fans expressed how much they have missed receiving updates from the "Whiskey Glasses" singer. "We needed to hear his sweet voice," one fan wrote.
Another added, "About time you take some time for yourself."
Morgan Wallen previously announced plans to bring his own music festival to Gulf Shores, Alabama, next spring. The Sand in My Boots festival spans three days, running May 16-18, 2025, and boasts a killer lineup. Along with Wallen, Brooks & Dunn, Post Malone and Hardy will headline the inaugural festival.
Sand In My Boots will also feature performances from Riley Green, Ella Langley, Chase Rice, Ernest, Morgan Wade, Kameron Marlowe, and more.

2024 has brought extreme highs and lows for Morgan Wallen. Now, a criminal case from last spring is bound for a Davidson County, Tennessee grand jury.
The country star faces four charges stemming from an April 7 incident in downtown Nashville. Police arrested the ACM Award winner after he allegedly threw a chair from the rooftop of Chief's, Eric Church's bar on Broadway Street.
The chair fell six stories before landing just feet away from two police officers patrolling the street below.
