Metro Phoenix has long been a housing hot spot, and it looks like that will continue into 2025.
The National Association of Realtors released the Top 10 Housing Hot Spots for 2025 on Thursday and the Phoenix, Mesa and Chandler areas made the list.
It's no surprise, either, as a dip in mortgage rates to about 6.08% gave metro Phoenix's housing market a bit of a lift in late September and October. Home prices, sales and supply all climbed during that timeframe, according to the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service.
If you are considering a move across town or to the Grand Canyon State, here are some metro Phoenix cities that were ranked top places to live in 2024.
