BISBEE -- The threatening email which caused an hours-long evacuation of several buildings at the Cochise County administrative complex in Bisbee on Tuesday night promised the remote detonation of a hidden bomb once law enforcement personnel were on scene, the Herald/Review has learned.
The email sent to a general user account assigned to the Cochise County Recorder's Office around 5 p.m. triggered the evacuation shortly after 7 p.m., moments after a staff member opened the digital missive, which purportedly mentions the word "manifesto."
