At least four people had been killed by Tuesday, September 17, as multiple wildfires burned across Portugal, local media reported.

According to the Lusa News Agency, at least 27 fires were active by Tuesday morning in Portugal, with at least four people killed since Sunday.

Filipa Domingues told Storyful she captured this footage while driving to Albergaria, in the Aveiro region, on Monday.

Several roads were closed and people working in businesses in Aveiro were evacuated.
